For hybridization patterns known to be subject to cross-reactions (rounded rectangles and squares) with different commercial DNA probes (AccuProbe, blue-gray; INNO-LiPA Mycobacteria, gray; GenoType Mycobacterium, light blue), the appropriate sequencing targets are suggested.
