1. Report results for a single student
If you are reporting results for a single student, it may be easier to go via the student page instead of via the course page.
How to:
Search for the student on the home page. Search with the personal identiy number (10 or 12 numbers) or name. Note! Ladok searches on the exact text you put in, use an asterisk (*) to let Ladok fill in the rest of the text if you don’t write the full name or number.
The student overview lists the future, current and completed courses that the student have or will participate in. Click on the course you will report results within. 1 2

2. Report results for a single student (Cont.)
You are re-directed to an overview of the students results within the course. Click on the link of the module or course result that you will report a result for (you can only click on modules/course result where the student has not received a passing grade yet). Tip! If you will report results on several modules: open the link the module in a new web browser tab (right-click and select open in a new tab, or press the Ctrl-key and click on the link). That makes it easier to go back to this page after you have reported a result of the module – simply close the tab of the module when you’re done.
You are re-directed to the reporting list. The only student listed here is the one you searched for earlier – even if there are more students waiting to receive a result on the module/course result.
Report a grade and examination date Examination date: The date of the examination or the date when the student handed in the last assignment in the module.
Save as draft (keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + S)
Mark as ready and notify the examiner who will certify the result
The result is now marked as ready, and are waiting to be handled by the examiner. You can no longer change the result.
The result is made official and available to the student when it is certified by the examiner. 3 6 7 4 5
