SRHR Reach - Globally CONTRIBUTIONS TO PROGRAM STRATEGY OUTCOME AREAS 9,891,820 Reached 9.9 million disaster/crisis-affected people with life-saving humanitarian assistance, indirectly benefiting a further 17.8 million (405 projects/initiatives) 30,172,638 Reached 30.2 million people to support women's rights to sexual, reproductive and maternal health, indirectly benefiting a further million (176 projects/initiatives) 4,119,926 Reached 4.1 million people to support women and girls' rights to a life free from violence, indirectly benefiting a further 40.4 million (244 projects/initiatives) 15,780,570 Reached 15.8 million people to support their food and nutrition security and resilience to climate change, indirectly benefiting a further million (513 projects/initiatives) 2,249,678 Reached 2.2 million women and girls to promote their access to and control of economic resources, indirectly benefiting a further 39.6 million (362 projects/initiatives) Please note that the data in this section represents the people involved in projects/initiatives that are related to CARE’s outcomes (e.g. people involved in project actions or initiatives related to food nutrition security). This is NOT the number of people actually impacted (e.g. people who are no longer food insecure). Impact figures are shown in a different PIIRS visual.
