2. PURPOSE OF AANAPISI
The overall purpose of these programs is to provide grants and related assistance to AANAPISIs to enable such institutions to improve and expand their capacity to serve Asian Americans and Native Americans Pacific Islanders and low-income individuals.

7. FUNDING FY 2016
The requested appropriation for FY 2016 funding for the AANAPISI Part F is $4,635,000.
