I would like to thank the members of the STEP committee for the invitation to speak today. It is a great honor to present today given the outstanding accomplishments of my fellow speakers and the members of the STEP committee.

The Florida Neonatal Neurologic Network’s (FN3) mission is to provide state-of-the-art care for newborn babies with brain injuries and to collect research and develop future therapies to improve long-term outcomes.
