1 Graduation

2 May 30th 7:45am Senior Walk/Breakfast to follow
Student responsible for cost of breakfast Wear cap and gown (Tassels on right) Permission slip from Mrs. Fountain's mail box outside her door (704) due the 30th  Fees paid by May 29th to attend 6pm Awards Ceremony Wear cap and gown (Tassels on right) Arrive at 5pm

3 Fee Requirement to Participate in Graduation
Seniors need to make sure all bills, fines, fees and other financial debts are paid and cleared by June 7, at 11:00am

4 Baccalaureate Service
June 9 at 4:00pm in the auditorium Report at 3:30pm Seniors wear their cap (tassels on the right) and gowns with honor cords Family and friends are invited to attend Please return your RSVP ASAP

5 Rehearsal Friday, June 14th 8:00am Gym
Report to the gym Must attend to walk Will have an assigned seat in the gym – on left or right of bleachers Must have fees paid June 7th to walk Return laptops when done testing or Thursday after testing.  Must include the charger or $16 

6 Tickets 10 outside 4 inside (gym) due to rain No extra tickets
Must wear a wristband Will receive when we call your name at rehearsal Everyone needs a ticket(wristband) to enter the stadium

7 Ceremony June 10:00am Seating on the football field and bleachers Gates open at 8:30am Side gate closes at 9:45am, will not reopen Front gate pauses for entry at 10:00am. Reopens after the Colors are presented and Seniors are seated. The ceremony will be live streamed in the auditorium. Same expectations apply. 

8 Graduation Attire (formal occasion)
Girls: nice dress, slacks, skirt, top Boys: white dress shirt, tie, slacks or a suit/tie – no jeans or polo shirts All: dress shoes – no flip flops, shower shoes, tennis shoes, or athletic shoes, Vans Honor cords, pins or decorations MUST be from Northside Caps should be flat with the tassel on the right side – no decorations Not following these guidelines=not walking

9 Bags/Purses All bags will be searched.
No tripods, strollers, umbrellas, balloons, noise makers of any kind, blow horns, etc. No posters or anything that will obstruct other's view No outside food, drink, coolers, etc. Water will be sold.

10 During the Ceremony Please be respectful of all
Remain seated at all times during the ceremony so all guests can see, even if taking pictures Please allow all names to be heard during the ceremony

11 Parking Area 1 – Main school parking lot in front of school
 Area 2 – No Parking, Student drop off only  Area 3 – Handicap Parking with DMV placard Area 4 – General Parking in Stadium Parking Lot Area 5 – Senior Parking, seniors need to enter by auditorium, park in grass by commons entrance Area 6 – Staff Parking, where bus drivers park Additional Parking – JCMS, JCES Parking Lot

12 Discipline Seniors may be held from participation in the ceremony due to the following: Disciplinary records Misbehavior during the final weeks of school Misbehavior at the practice or at the ceremony (diplomas could be held for this) Seniors will pick up actual diplomas after ceremony in gym or cafeteria
