3 Process/Timeline Departments have submitted their budgets to the Town Manager The Department submittals request everything the department should and would like to do. Finance takes them and creates an aggregate picture as a starting point Departments present their budgets to the Town Council at worksessions The Town Manager uses Council and community feedback on the department budgets to produce the “Town Manager’s Recommended Budget” Public Hearings are held on the Town Manager’s Budget Council adopts the budget
