Focus on urgent issues with practical trainings Make them all-round engineers Community ownership is key to success Barefoot college focuses on grandmothers and they will train youngsters and keep them engaged in the communities. By focusing on urgent local issues like solar energy, health and clean water there is already money available in the community and in local and national government. Re – using this budget

15 Honeybee Network Landless people are not mindless people so scout solutions from communities; give them ownership! No trainings: Technical support and Market intelligence Work in groups and ensure quality for sustainability University is scouting innovations, selecting and give technical support in labs with designing the right machines, improve quality and diversity and connect to market. Rural people have not the power to deal with all the local struggles and barriers, give them joint services and technical support and marketing intelligence. Training and education are not priority.
