What The Peace Offerings Have For Us Today

3. Hebrews 13:20
Now may the God of peace who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great shepherd of the sheep, by the blood of the eternal covenant

4. Col. 3:15, And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.

3 And from the sacrifice of the peace offering, as a food offering to the LORD, he shall offer the fat covering the entrails and all the fat that is on the entrails, 4 and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them at the loins, and the long lobe of the liver that he shall remove with the kidneys. 5 Then Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar on top of the burnt offering, which is on the wood on the fire; it is a food offering with a pleasing aroma to the LORD

Primary emphasis is on thanksgiving
Father wants appreciation
Lord’s portion is the best
It’s a reminder of the covenant
Thanksgiving
Obligation
fellowship

16. The first step toward holiness was the burnt offering, speaking to atonement. The grain offering said thank you. The peace offering speaks to fellowship renewed.
