CPS has been trading for over ten years in the commercial building industry, specialising in all types of Communication, Electrical & Security work.
The company is covered by £5 million public liability insurance and £10 million employer's liability insurance.
The company complies with both Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Equal Opportunities Legislation. Both are in place.
We provide a professional service, quality workmanship and value for money.
We have the flexibility and the experience to undertake projects ranging from minor repairs or maintenance to major refurbishment and full installations.

4. Company Setup
The company has been trading for over 10 years as a sole trader with 4 subcontractors undertaking small electrical domestic installations.
CPS has been incorporated as a Private Limited Liability company and has been registered for VAT since June 2005.
An audit firm has been appointed to conduct annual audit management reports and will be produced for the Company Directors to sign the accounts each year before filing the accounts to Companies House.
