4. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Day to day maintenance works are coordinated by fully trained operators at our call centre. Once we have established the requirements for a particular job we will notify a relevant technician with the skills require to attend. Maintenance of this kind is usually carried out under a call out and schedule of rates. We undertake all manners of works, much of it under schedules of dilapidation, schedules of works etc. Birdfield Building Services, will also consider tenders for measured term maintenance contracts. Large maintenance, repair and refurbishment projects will be initially attended by one trained and qualified Engineer to established specification and cost estimates and then the schedule of work may be agreed.
