Progression of Steps and Procedures for Leaders Kairos Inside Lay Leader First time Leader Minimum of 3 Weekends served Minimum 2 talks/meditations Served table family at least once Served as inside coordinator, Head Servant, Agape Coordinator or Chapel Coordinator Served as Observing Leader – Must have attended AKT before serving as OL

Progression of Steps and Procedures for Leaders Kairos Outside Lay Leader First time Leader Minimum of three Weekends served Must have held at least one position on team inside community room Must have held at least one position on team outside community room Must have held at least one core position Must have presented at least two talk/meditations Attend AKT prior to serving as Observing Lleader #1

Learn what being a Weekend Leader involves Teaches program consistency throughout the ministry Learn responsibilities of Advisory Council vs Weekend Leader Learn more about the Kairos Program manual, Ezra and other tools and resources available to Leaders Empowerment to lead Weekend

16 Advanced Kairos Training/AKT
Should be attended 12 to 24 months prior to leading a Weekend. (no more than 24 months and no less than 12 months) Registration and Travel should be paid by the State

17 Advisory Council Once you recognize a potential leader, invite them to an Advisory Council Meeting Educate to purpose and goals of Advisory Council Member Support Love Listen

18 Leadership Track for Kairos
Weekend Volunteer Weekend Leader Advisory Council Member Attend Advisory Council Training Know Operating Procedures Know job responsibilities Support and love each other Mentor

19 Leadership Track for Kairos
State Chapter Committee Invite potential Leaders to attend Encourage them to consider growing in the ministry State Chapter include officers and Advisory Council State Rep International Representative Represent State at International Council Meetings Report to State relevant materials learned at IC Meetings Board of Directors
