Leadership and Coaching Inpro Leadership Objectives Inpro is committed to your growth and development which are key components of our leadership’s commitment to inspire and retain a talented workforce. Inpro’s “employees first” vision will provide opportunities for ongoing growth and development. The responsibilities are divided equally between the leadership group and the employee. The leadership group will engage in high levels of proactive coaching which include but are not limited to: working with the employee to recognize and address areas of personal and professional growth and creating development plans that will allow the employees to maximize their talents. The employee will be accountable for engaging with their manager to identify areas for continuous improvement. Inpro’s Career Ladder Program: Career “Preparation,” not Career “Promising” In efforts to support Inpro’s core value of providing a life-long learning environment, the Career Ladder Program has been designed to assist interested employees prepare for potential growth opportunities. Participants of the program will personally establish individual growth plans that will serve as road maps for possible career advancement. Managerial coaching will help employees navigate their chosen course, though the process is owned by the employee and participation does not guarantee a new position at Inpro. Inpro’s Shadow Program: In efforts to support professional growth and development, as well as foster a greater understanding of our departments and the roles within them, Inpro provides a Shadowing Program.
