Immunohistochemical analyses of SHH expression levels in nonmalignant prostate and adenocarcinoma tissues. AccuMax array sections of normal and malignant prostate tissue samples were probed with anti-SHH antibody after blocking with serum. All sections were examined under a microscope, and the immunoreactivity was judged by dark brown staining. Representative pictures of stained tissue samples of normal prostate and adenocarcinoma obtained at original magnifications of ×100, ×200, and ×400.
