7. 5. If pressure and hemostatic dressings do not stop the bleeding, apply and tighten a tourniquet until the bleeding stops.

12. 3. Apply a cervical collar to those with potential spinal injuries.

13. 4. Log-roll the patient onto a spine board.

14. 5. Secure a head immobilizer. Keep the patient warm.
