1 2000 2008 Co-opertition FIRST The game was played by two alliances of two teams competing against each other to score points by placing balls in their goal and having their robots hang on a five foot tall bar at the end of the match. The game was called Co-Opertition FIRST because the teams on the winning alliance received qualifying points equal to three times that of their opponents score, making it beneficial to win by a few points instead of many. This was also the year Kyle Hughes won the National Woodie Flowers Award. This year team RUSH was able to go under the bar, hang from the bar, and pick up the balls from the ground. They constructed a roller harvester that was able to pick up balls fairly effectively.

2 Team RUSH wanted to be able to climb on the puck and hold 10 floppies.
1999 2008 Double Trouble This game was played by two alliances of two teams on a playing field manipulating “floppies” and the “puck” in order to score points. The “floppies” were light weight, round, pillow-like objects with Velcro located in the center of and around it. Points were awarded for elevating the floppies into the air either two feet for one point or eight feet for three. The “puck” was a hexagonal raised platform and any robot that climbed onto the puck would multiply its alliance’s score by three. Team RUSH wanted to be able to climb on the puck and hold 10 floppies. The team was able to lift the floppies off of the ground and take them to the H.P.
