November 11th has matured as the online shopping carnival for the Chinese people after 8 years of cultivation. It is especially popular among students and housewives, as they constitute the crowd of consumers who are sensitive to prices of goods. However, low prices also mean potential problems such as bad quality, copycat brands, slow logistics, and unsatisfactory after-sales services. As a result, online malls receive most complaints from these two groups of consumers after the carnival every year.
