4. Conference Coordinator – Minister of Development and Planning
In charge of setting up the Library for county conferences and/or school conferences.
Or classroom for school conferences.
Makes a list of food for people to bring to the conference
Contacts Mrs. Murray and Ms. Rocco to ensure that we can get the Library.

5. Historian – Minister of Records
Takes pictures of meetings and important events that we have.
Conferences,
Out of school activities.
Keeps in contact with the Minister of Public Relations to publish the photographs.
Will be writing the blurb for the newsletter every month.
May be creating a scrapbook in the future

6. Designer and Advertising – Minister of Propaganda
Creates posters and puts up advertising around the school.
