Step 1. Open WBM
Step 2. Open Service Center → Software
Step 3. Click, Download and install Adobe AIR
Step 4. Download myPortal Smart
Step 5. Open and install myPortal Smart
Step 6. Enter the necessary information in UC Server
Remember Security settings and system-wide Initial Smart password
How to get hold of Desktop Dialing
Step 1. Open WBM
