Cells were labeled with rabbit polyclonal anti-CysLT receptor antibodies followed by phycoerythrin-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG and evaluated by means of flow cytometry. No inhibition of IL-4–induced CysLT1R expression was observed. Fluticasone decreased mean fluorescence of CysLT2R from 40.5 to Ab, Antibody.
