2 Rules of Engagement

3 Only register for classes required by your plan of study (Major)
Only register for classes required by your plan of study (Major). Notice will NOT be given in the event of reduced certification hours due to non-compliance. Do not register for more than 24 total credit hours of elective credits when completing an AA, unless the degree requires them. Submit a certification request prior to the start of each registered semester.

4 Request a deferment of tuition and fees within 14 days from date of registration.
Verify enrollment on the last day of each month by using WAVE system at or Avoid unnecessary changes to your enrollment status after initial certification has been submitted. Resolving any debt associated with a change is the veterans responsibility.

5 Be prepared to pay all costs not covered by the VA, which includes out-of-state tuition charges, and all additional fees associated with repeating a course on a third attempt. Immediately report all changes in enrollment status to the school’s Certification Officer at the Veterans Office. Submit an attendance sheet to the VA office for each month enrolled in Vocational and Career Courses. No more than 3 days may be missed in any month.

6 Integrity First-Service Before Self
Maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.0 or above. Enrollment certifications are terminated for students placed on academic suspension. If called to active duty (Reserve/ National Guard) you must petition to have all registered courses removed. Periodically check your Seminole State Liv for important information.
