1 Hillside Bridge: daily demand changes at launch
Hillside Bridge: daily demand changes at launch. First couple of weeks, 250 calls/week, moderate at 5.8% of list. Bring in rate is high at about 60%, expect this to fall to nearer 40% over time.

2 Wait to see a GP, average days, has already dropped 80% from 4 to 1
Wait to see a GP, average days, has already dropped 80% from 4 to 1. All phone calls answered on same day.

3 Booking time of day is already spreading out
Booking time of day is already spreading out. A very good sign, as confidence builds in rapid response from GP. Be sure to match this pattern with supply.

4 Loadmaster shows high peaks at 8am, has not settled down yet but this should spread out. Use this chart to plan GP availability

5 Patients able to see GP same day: already this is over 80% on this weekly time series. Expect this to settle in the range 80-95%, outstanding service.

6 Summary findings – great start
Service greatly improved since launch, waiting days cut by 80% and now 80% of patients seen same day. Demand level so far is moderate at 5.8% of list per week. This could rise, however the bring in rate of 60% is higher than expected and should fall to nearer 40% with experience. Still high peak at 8am, you want this to spread and it will as patients gain confidence. Use Loadmaster chart to plan rotas and get on top of demand for good. Then life will get easier.
