1 Une recette: les crêpes Les ingrédients
Pour 4 personnes : 250 g de farine 4 oeufs 1/2 litre de lait 1 pincée de sel 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre 50 g de beurre

2 Les crêpes Ingredients (serves 4) : 250 g of flour / 4 eggs / ½ litre of milk (500ml) / a pinch of salt / 2 tablespoons of sugar / 50g of butter Preparation: Pour the flour in a bowl with the salt and sugar. Add the eggs in the centre. Mix well. Then add the milk, little by little. Mix well with a whisk. Now the dough should be runny! Cooking: Heat up a frying pan. Melt a little bit of butter. Pour a small ladle of the crêpe dough into the frying pan. Spread the dough (with a rotating movement). Let the dough cook. When the border of the crêpe is golden, turn the crêpe over. Let it cook for around one minute and the crêpe is ready! Continue until you have used all the dough. Eat with jam or chocolate…. Enjoy your meal!
