for Innovation Purpose Favour the transversal competences such as Labour risk prevention, Environment, Image and Communication, and Coexistence by making working groups.

3 Open Professional Collaboration
for Innovation Objectives The students take active part in decision making in the centre , as well as its improvement, through formalising working teams. Ensure the knowledge transfer regarding transversal competences; as people “learn by doing”.

4 Open Professional Collaboration
for Innovation Composition There are four committees (working teams): Labour Hazard Prevention, Environment, Image and Communication, and Coexistence. Each committee consists of: - 12 students: six first-year students and six second-year students. - Two teachers: one first-year teacher and one second-year teacher.

for Innovation Organization Each committee meets weekly for an hour. The representatives are selected in each group by voting, after having performed a dynamics to determine each person’s strong points within the group.

for Innovation Functions (1/2) Call for the weekly meetings Carry out a surveillance on safety, recycling, image and coexistence. Identify the improvement areas and prioritise them. Elaborate a performance plan Manage the implementation of improvement measures.

for Innovation Functions (2/2) Control and evaluate processes and results. Elaborate the minutes of each meeting. Communicate the identified improvement areas and their results to the centre. It is done through staff meetings, assemblies, specific notice boards…
