2. ACCOUNTING STANDARD BOARD
In cognition of all the numerous amendments, there is a need for a stand alone workshop targeting municipal AFS preparers.
Municipalities to utilize the Questions and Answers capability made available by the ASB.

3. AUDITOR GENERAL SA PRESENTATION
Municipalities to undertake own assessment/audit of the detail in relation to MSCOA implementation. The Internal audit to be capacitated to undertake such.

4. CASEWARE PRESENTATION
Municipalities to regularly undertake their own assessment pre the preparation of the AFS.
The CASEWARE presentation could be used as a guideline, customized by each municipality.

5. MUNSOFT PRESENTATION
The Treasuries to note post implementation challenges per municipality, as these seem to be municipal specific.
This should lead to a review of the project leading to improvements and amendments. Similar to what the ASB does. This should also address different interpretations.
Training on Costing segment needed. CIGFARO can be utilized for training. Treasuries to provide training as part of support to municipalities as well.

6. RCA PRESENTATION
Post implementation challenges to be shared more widely with municipalities. Treasuries to facilitate this.
Treasuries to engage individual municipalities to assess post implementation challenges.
