5 Building a career path Identifying that career pathways a) can be built to fit what the individual needs and wants at different stages of their career and that b) career pathways aren’t linear but can take a variety of turns and twists

Its sometimes hard to remember what you’ve achieved – can help you make career decisions, Time/Years

What skills and experience do I need to gain in order to be best placed for these opportunities? What sort of role and opportunities might be available to me in the short and longer term? A range of Activities to help them formulate responses to these questions. They are a range of tools already available on the PPD website that could support these activities
