9. Eligibility – common issues
STAFF COSTS – please pay attention to:
FLC should remind partners that information in the six-monthly task report should be detailed enough to assure the plausibility check and certification of the staff costs. Simple copy paste of planned activities from the assignment is not considered as sufficient.
Amounts reported in ems must mathematically correspond to % defined in assignment form and in the six-monthly task report (excel tool).
Time sheets cannot be automatic reason for a potential “in-eligibility”.
Encourage reporting on the minimum 6-monthly basis.
Travel costs  traveling outside the ASP area only eligible if in AF or approved by JS
Equipment  listed in AF or approved by JS
