Bones may become very brittle
Body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure may drop
Organ size may be reduced

Sore, inflamed throat and swollen glands
Damaged teeth from stomach acid from vomiting

Patterns of leaving the table directly after eating to go to into the restroom
