About Our Analyst BIOGRAPHY As the Tokyo-based Customer Experience Manager, Satoko Saito is responsible for ensuring smooth client engagement and driving client satisfaction on an ongoing basis. She has been extremely successful in building strong client relations across all levels in the client organization through her persistent efforts and client focus. Satoko feels very strongly about building trust with her clients and goes above and beyond to get to know her clients and their situations so that she can propose the best solutions. Satoko takes a hospitality-minded approach to all of her clients. She understands that her clients are all busy and makes it a point to do the research and provide the most efficient proposal and has helped many clients thus far to be successful. Satoko has also been responsible for leading all the marketing and communication efforts for DRG Japan across multiple channels including social media.
