6 The Education Programme is responsible for ensuring the quality of education programmes globally through the development of standards that reflect the dynamic qualities of occupational therapy education worldwide. Minimum Standards for the Education of Occupational Therapists The Practice Development Programme supports and provides resources for the large number of occupational therapists working in established and emerging areas practice. Leads projects on evidence-informed, collaborative, interdisciplinary practice to move the profession forward in addition to working with many of the WHO priorities. The Research Programme supports and promotes the development of research evidence to support responsive, ethical, culturally sensitive and contextually relevant occupational therapy practice
