Moe and Ann love going to church, singing and making friends. With Mills Community Support, they used Person-Directed Planning to find the right church where they have become a part of the “family”.
Cheryl likes to work. With KW Habilitation, she used Person-Directed Planning to find the right job. When new owners took over, lots of people lost their job. Cheryl’s coworkers helped her get her job back. Now she feels respected, connected, and happy at work.
Rebecca was feeling sad and lonely. With Community Living Parry Sound, she used Person-Directed Planning to find things she wanted to do. Rebecca now enjoys swimming, taking art classes and going to church. She has many new friends and is much happier.
