Offspring of AISL - Italian Association for the Study of Labour, founded in 1966 in Milan by managers, consultants and experts in industrial organization and labor issues,
AISL_O was incorporated in Rome (where it has its registered offices) thanks to a team of professionals working both within companies and as consultants in areas such as communication, quality, information systems, human resources, training, management systems and control , organizational development.
