5. Exploration
Put everything away except for your notes from yesterday and a writing utensil.
You may use your notes.
Write in complete sentences or your answer will be marked wrong.
Flip over the quiz when I say to.
No talking or looking at someone else’s paper or I will take your test and you will receive a zero.

7. “things fall apart”
Things Fall Apart is set in the 1890s and portrays the clash between Nigeria’s white colonial government and the traditional culture of the indigenous Igbo people. 
This book is relevant to what we are learning because it illustrates the interactions between indigenous people and conquerors.
Main character: Okonkwo
