Unmanaged Anger- one’s environment
Lack of Respect
Bullying- more on this later
Gangs- need for belonging- nonexistent elsewhere- reds, blues, bandanas, etc.- leads to conflict.

1. DON’T SHOW OFF- Nobody really cares!
2. AVOID DRAMA- Don’t go there!
3. STAY FOCUSED- Put those blinders on!
4. COMMUNICATE WITH STAFF- Be proactive with problems.
