2. School Culture . . .
Is the “hidden curriculum” or “persona” which shapes and influences every aspect of school life. It is the atmosphere or climate of the school. Is the result of a school’s beliefs, history, perceptions, attitudes, practices, traditions, and relationships. The parents, students, teachers, administration, board, and local community each uniquely contribute to the school culture. A healthy school culture encourages and energizes students to grow and thrive spiritually, academically, and socially.

Love for truth and respect for holy things
Spirit of humility and servanthood
Spiritual growth and maturity
Respect for authority

4. Intentional Focus on the presence of God and His standard of holiness
