Extensor Carpi Radialis Longus Origin: Just above Lateral Epicondyle of humerus Insertion: 2nd metacarpal Extensor Carpi Radialis Brevis Origin: Lateral Epicondyle of Humerus Insertion: 3rd metacarpal Extensor Carpi Ulnaris Insertion: 5th Metacarpal

Origin: Medial Epicondyle & Coronoid Process of the Ulna Insertion: Mid 1/3 of the radius Pronator Quadratus Origin: Distal 1/3 of anterior ulna Insertion: Distal 1/3 of anterior radius Supinator Origin: Lateral side of the elbow (bone & ligaments) Insertion: Upper 1/3 of radius
