Base Camp Manager is an online tool used to track and approve club members work on a path in Pathways.

Enter Completion Information for Printed Paths
Approve Projects Conducted Outside of the Club
Track Member Progress

Have a Toastmasters International Login Userid and Password
Only if you do not already have one
Needed to enter Base Camp Manager
Needed to enter Club Central

7. Do This First Verify you are set up for incoming Pathways messages
See what your club is currently using
Freetoasthost or group
Check that your name is correctly in place on July 1
Freetoasthost: Your name also has your officer designation
Group you are in the group

Do not panic if this does not work. Check Pending Requests on a regular basis

ASK Hildy if her Level 1 award is to go to your club
If no, you are finished
If yes
Go to Club Central
Submit Education Awards
Select Smith, Hildy
Select path and level – PM1
Review award submission and submit it
This is a 2 step process. Step 1, approve level in Base Camp. Step 2, submit award via Club Central. Why? Contest and judge eligibility and DCP points.

Cannot combine 2 goals to equal 1 goal. For example, 1 CC and 2 Level 1’s does not equal 1 DCP point
