PGME signs an annual funding contract with the Ontario Ministry of Health  - Transfer Payment Agreement (TPA)
All residency training, including entry level, extensions of training, transfers, Re-Entry, Repatriation, etc funded by TPA
PGME confirms funding capacity based on availability within TPA
