4 1. Initiate Process Access ‘GE Beliefs 360’ link through GE Learning– ‘Guides & Resources’: Selecting survey - Choose ‘GE Beliefs 360 for SPB and EB Employees’

c) Assign to yourself: click ‘search’ and then select ‘Myself’ d) Input start and end dates for a 3 – 4 week period: 2 days prior to set end date, system will send an automated note to the raters who haven’t completed their assignments yet. To enable those raters to receive reminder s, please set the end date accordingly (preferably days prior to course starts) e) Click ‘Save’

6 2. Add Raters Thresholds exist for total # of raters as well as by type. Some raters default to the process (Supervisor and Subordinates) Minimum of 20 raters to start process for SPB, EB process: Self - self assessment automatically included Supervisor – available based on OHR data Other – use address, should include followings: Peer – use address Direct report – available based on OHR data Dotted Line Employee – use address Dotted Line Manager – use address Note: External raters are not available

7 2. Add Raters (cont’d) a. There are minimum & maximum numbers of people you can invite to give you feedback (Raters). c. Once complete, click on “Submit.” The employee & manager are included in the list of reviewers by default. b. To add Raters, click on “Add. ” To remove Raters, click on the drop down under “Action,” and click on “Delete.”

1. Enter the partial or full last name of the person you want to add. 2. Select their relationship to you from the drop down menu 4. Once you have selected all the Raters you want to include, click on “Submit.”

9 3. Complete Self-Assessment
a) The initiated survey now appears in your To Do list. Click on ‘Go’ to complete the self assessment. b) Once the self assessment is complete, click on “Submit.”

10 4. Monitor Progress Click on the hyperlink of the survey to see details. You can see the completion progress as well (example: 5 out of 10 responses) You have the ability to ADD Raters once you click into the existing process.

11 5. Access Report Sections: Highest and Lowest Rated Behaviors
When you have reached minimum # of responses (10) for the report – the system will generate an advising you that you can access your report. Report availability is not contingent on the process end date.  Notifications will go out between 1 and 3 AM EST daily alerting users that a report is available. If additional responses are received after the initial report was created, a notification will be sent to the you when a newly generated report is available.   Sections: Highest and Lowest Rated Behaviors Unrealized Strengths Blindspots Simplification Comments Note: Reports are available to you, the Employee, ONLY. Your manager does not automatically have access to your feedback report however you are welcome to share it if you wish.
