2 Who are the hungry Most of the hungry people come from developing countries There are 795 million hungry people in the world and 98 percent of them are from developing countries 17 million children are born underweight

3 What is hunger For weeks even months hunger victims must live on significantly less than the recommended 2100 KC, that’s the average a person needs to lead a healthy life

4 What causes hunger The world produces enough food for 7 billion people but some people go to sleep hungry People living in poverty can not afford nutritious food for them and there families

5 What is malnutrition When a person is not getting enough food or not getting the right sort of food, malnutrition is just around the corner. Even if people get enough to eat, they will become malnourished if the food they eat does not provide the right vitamins or minerals
