3. Capturing the Impact of the ETC
Pilot exercise: follow-up of the ex post evaluation, with support from DG REGIO & INTERACT
Objective: to ensure better focusing of programmes and achievement of visible results already in this programming period
Steps:
To articulate what programme authorities / partnerships wish to change in the programme area?
To clarify that the baseline situation in relation to results
To review that the approved projects will contribute to achieving the results
To review the project monitoring system that it will capture relevant outputs leading to results 3
