SPIE Matthew Hall works involved the design, installation and commissioning of mechanical, electrical and public health services to these luxurious properties.
Services provided
The electrical systems included video entry, cable TV, multi audio/visual systems, intruder alarms, fire alarms, lighting control and scene setting.
Mechanical systems including heating, ventilation, and cooling to certain areas. Also most properties had basement swimming pools and spa baths installed.
