Determine which law is being violated and explain how it occurred.
The Privacy violation is the law and it occurred in this scenario when the medical claims department came across a familiar name and started thinking about sharing their findings.

Create a solution that would prevent the ethical violation that you identified in the scenario.
A. Functions of the ICO
My solution would be for the employee to keep it professional and don't disclose any information.
