2 Joseph revealed his identity (Genesis 45:1-28)

3 Joseph is convinced that the transformation had taken place in his brother and he reveals himself to his brothers.

4 Joseph asked if Jacob was still alive.

5 His brothers are stunned and they cower in fear and shock.

6 Joseph tried to calm his brothers by pointing to God’s sovereignty.

7 Joseph suggested that his complete family be relocated to Egypt.

8 Pharaoh backed up Joseph’s plan and offered to provide generously for Joseph’s family.

9 The brothers travel back to Jacob and inform him of the developments.

10 Jacob determined to go to Joseph.

11 Jacob’s move to Egypt (Genesis 46:1-27)

12 God spoke to Jacob to affirm the plan.

13 Jacob packed up everything and moved to Egypt.

14 Jacob’s family who went with him to Egypt is outlined.

34 Dan would be a snake because they would promote idolatry.

35 Gad would be harassed by raiders and would not be able to overcome them.

36 Asher would be prosperous.

37 Naphtali would be free in that it had no northern boundary.

38 Joseph received the longest blessing and contained many references to God.

39 Benjamin would be characterized by fierce warriors.
