4 FEIJOADA Á PORTUGUESA Ingredients: 1º : 500g of beans 2º : 1 chorizo
3º : 100g of bacon 4º : 2 carrots 5º : 2 tomatoes 6º : 1 onion 7º : 50g margarine 8º : 1 bay leaf 9º : 1 tablespoon oil 10º : 1 clove garlic 11º : 1 parsley branch

5 FEIJOADA Á PORTUGUESA preparation mode:
Leave the beans in cold water for 6 hours. Then cover the beans with water and add the oil and bay leaf and cook for about 1 hour. Cook the chorizo, the bacon and the carrots separately. Add the garlic clove, the tomatoes in pieces, the parsley branch and the other bay leaf and let it all fry. Add the cooked and drained beans with the ingredients and a little water to bake the meats. Your plate is ready, Bon appetit!

7 PREGO NO PRATO Preparation mode:

Serve with fried potatoes and starter eggs "on horseback" or well fried (as was my case). 7. Decorate to your liking. I chose to decorate the slices of ham and ham and the parsley leaves. 8.
