9 Student/Resident Fees
Once added to system by administrator, students should be able to log on. Directed to online payment page. Pay with Amex, Visa, Master card or Discover and wait for approval Account will automatically be activated and student can begin using the system

11 Logging Patient Encounters
Resident Key word search – quickly locate ICD codes by word, partial word or phrase Student/resident can search for previous encounters easily Organized by case number Select edit case logs . They can then search by the initial encounter date of service. May have to be aware of encounter date. Then Save this case, then COPY /LINK Data into a new encounter. Also helpful to list the follow up /delivery date in the clinical nots so you might be able to identify the case.
