This time, we show you making figure and intro.
Like other program, we can use powerpoint to make a shape or draw a shape.

Using figure, we can do various things like Figuring flow chart, making intro using figure, figure grouping and copying and pasting figure
And so on.

3. First, Let’s try changing the shape of slide.
So, from now on.
Plz, listen carefully. Would you see bottom of left side? You can see a Draw icon right?
Then, plz click the draw icon.

4. Let’s change the slide to have wave shape.
If you click the draw icon, there are some menu.
If you want to change the shape of slide, click the change autoshape, then some sub menu will be appeared.
For showing the wave shape, we will choose Folwchart menu, and click the wave shape.

5. And then, we can find changing of the slide shape to wave shape.

6. Now, Let’s draw a picture.
To drawing picture in slide, plz look at the bottom of the left side.
We will use autoShapes icon. Click that icon plz.

7. If you click that icon, the sub menus are appeared too.
Using this menu. We will make intro using the shape what you make.
We will make a square.
Click the AutoShapes icon, and click the basic Shapes. Then you can find some shapes.
Because we will make square shape, plz click the squrae shape.

8. Making intro using shape
After click the square, click the slide where you want to put the square. Then circle will be located at point which you choose at.
Have you done?

9. Drag After choosing the square, we will spread the square by dragging.
When you click the square there may appear some points. Hold the point and drag where you want to go.

10. Making intro using shape
And then, we have a longer square. Have you done?

11. Next, we make a octagon.
In the same manner, We will make a octagon.
Click the AutoShapes icon, and click the basic Shapes. Then you can find some shapes.
Because we will make octagon shape, plz click the octagon shape.

12. After putting the octagon, you can move this not only using mouse but also using direction key on you keyboard.
Put the octagon on the square we made. It want to make a intro using this shape so now. I will show you grouping this shape.

13. Drag shape including octagon and square
Drag shape including octagon and square. And then click the right button of the mouse. You can find grouping.
If you click the grouping? Octagon and square can move together. Before choosing the octagon and square, they move each other.
If you move your cursor to grouping after two seconds, group will be appeared. Then click the group plz.
Then two shape become one.

14. Index We will make index using this shape.
Plz write index on top of the slide. And we need four shape like this.

15. We will copy this shape. Move a cursor to the shape
We will copy this shape. Move a cursor to the shape. And click the right button of the mouse.
And choose a copy.

16. Click the right button of the mouse under the shape
Click the right button of the mouse under the shape. And click the paste. And then you can see the same shape under the it.
We want two more shape. So plz do it again twice.

You make four shape.

18. We want to make them line up
We want to make them line up. So plz click the draw icon on the bottom of the left side of the screen.
If you click the draw, you can find ‘align or distribute’ text. Move on cursor to ‘align or distribute’.
After two seconds, you can choose ‘align left’. Choose it! In that case, you can align shapes.

19. There are two shape, octagon and square, click the shape which you want to.
I will choose a octagon.

20. And then click the right button of the mouse. Click the ‘Edit Text’.
Then cursor will blink. Write number 1.
Number 1 will be appeared in octagon.

21. In the same manner, you can do numbering one, two, three, and four.

22. We want to write text in the square.
In the same manner, you also write text in the square. Write text what you want in the square.

23. Index Hello 1 Double Click 2 3 4
Now we want to change the color of the shape.
Double click the shape that you want to change the color. 3 4

24. Choose the color which you most like
Choose the color which you most like. Click the color and there are various kinds of color.
my favorite color is green. So I will pick the green.
If there aren’t color what you want, you can choose by clicking the ‘More colors’. Then you can see the color of shape is changed.
