16 Transcripts From Other Institutions
If you attended another college, you may need to “clean up” those transcripts for SAC graduation and transfer purposes. This could come back and affect your transfer admissions acceptance and SAC graduation.

17 Withdraw Date Deadline for Spring 2019 Semester
IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER Last date to drop semester-length classes with a “W” grade is May 12, 2019. Always check your web advisor class schedule for specific dates to receive a “W” grade for 12-week and 8-week courses. Communicate with your instructors prior to the withdrawal date by checking on your grade status. You can repeat a course twice. The third time you need permission. There is no fourth time.

18 Assignment On your transcripts, write out the answer to:
a. What will you do differently to ensure that you will be off probation in the future? b. What is your major? If undecided, what major would you consider? c. What is your career goal (if you have one)? List the courses you will be taking for summer and/or fall? 3. Meet with a counselor to sign-out of the workshop.
