Background
It is generally believed that the Distributed Admissions as defined in draft will not work
Other admissions approaches are being considered but have not been agreed
Some believe Admissions for EDCF is not needed
Should remove Distributed Admissions since for sure we know we don’t want it
Other solutions can be considered when available
