Gap Tag Online Ordering Procedure @
To give you time to review each slide. This show is not timed. You need to click each time you wish to move to the next slide

2. Main JC Ordering Page:
Click on Order Tickets

3. Click on Gap, Old Navy, or Banana Republic
Select Retailer
Click on Gap, Old Navy, or Banana Republic

4. Establish new Account or logon with existing account?
If you are a new customer - Click on “Establish New Account”
If you are a returning customer - Click on “Log On with Existing Account”

5. New Customer?
If you are a new customer you will need to create your Username / Password. Fill in all information and click “Continue with Order on the bottom”

6. New Customer Confirmation
This screen confirms you have successfully created a new account
Click on “Continue with Your Order”

7. Returning Customer?
If you are a returning customer you will need to enter your Username / Password and click “Login and Continue Order”

8. Choose Ship From Location
Whether you are a new customer or a existing customer the next step is to Select your shipping location
Choose where you want us to ship from then click on Next

9. Select number of P.O.’s
When you arrive at the next screen the first thing you need to do is tell us how many GAP P.O.’s you want to order. If it is 1 PO, then you are ready to go to the next page. If you would like more than 1 PO, then enter the number here and click “Generate P.O. Boxes”.

10. Enter P.O. Numbers/Styles
The next step is to enter the GAP Inc purchase order numbers. As a security feature, Gap has requested that you enter 1 style number listed on EACH purchase order, that you are requesting.

11. Enter your information!
The next step is to enter YOUR purchase order number, Check Billing and Shipping Address’s and Shipping Method. You may also enter any special instructions, and click continue with order.

12. Loading Your P.O.
This screen shows that we are loading your P.O. from the data provided from Gap Inc. It will show you how many lines your P.O. has.

13. Choose your quantities and pricing.
On this screen you will need to choose your pricing level. We offer 3 levels and they are based on the increments of each sku. When you click on the pricing level you wish to pay, your quantities will be rounded up to the level chosen. (For example: if you choose 250/sku, then all of your quantities will be rounded up to the next 250 increment. The same would be true for the 100/sku or the 1,000/sku as well.)

14. Check your retail and confirm order
Due to the quantities, I have selected 100/sku option. As you can see all of my quantities have been rounded up to the nearest As required by Gap the only other information you may change is the retail price. Gap sets this but gives you the opportunity to change it if needed. At this point you can increase the quantities if you need to but you must increase in the same increments you have previously chosen. Once you verify everything click Process Order!

15. Confirm Order and Pricing
The next screen gives you the opportunity to double check your order. If there are any changes to be made. You can click “Return to make changes”. If everything is OK then Click “Process Order and Confirm Pricing”

16. Order Confirmation.
This screen confirms the order you have placed with JC manufacturing. It contains your order number in blue. Also note that it confirms where your order will be produced at. Please watch this, as if there was a problem sending the it will alert you to print this page for your records.

17. Another P.O.?
If you entered more than 1 P.O. number earlier you will see a button that says “Order Next P.O.”. Click this to order the next Gap purchase order number. If you would like to print this page you can click the “Print” button. If you only entered 1 P.O. you will have a “Close Window” button and an “Order More Tickets” button. If you choose to order more tickets you will be returned to the beginning pages

18. Final Confirmation
After you enter all of the Gap P.O.’s you requested you will see a screen like below. You can choose any of the options: (Home) will take you back to our very first page, (Order) will start a new order, (Print) will print the page, (Close) window will close this window.

19. Confirmation
You will receive an confirmation to the address you associated with the order you placed. It will contain all the information for your order.
